  • Q: What if I want to book my own travel?
    A: All guests are encouraged to use the travel agent for seamless coordination of travel and arrangements associated with the vow renewal however, guests are note forced to book with the travel agent. Please note that if travel agent's assistance is needed by guests who booked their own travel, a service fee will apply.

    Q: What if I do not want to stay at the resort?
    A: Unfortunately, if you do not stay at the resort, you will not be able to attend the vow renewal.

    Q: What is the cost if I choose to travel differently than the rest of the group?
    A: If your travel arrangements need to be adjusted, that is possible. All pricing and adjustments are provided once you register, sign the Ambedo Travel Waiver, and complete the credit card authorization form.

    Q: Why do I have to complete the credit card form before I know the price?
    A: As a travel agent, I am able to hold prices at the rate that I quote them to you. While the price is held, it is time limited. It is my experience that due to client schedule or agent schedule, the price can be lost in the time it takes for the client to complete all of the necessary forms once they determine they want to proceed. Having the forms completed upfront ensures the booking can be deposited as soon as the client decides they want to move forward. No charges are ever made without a client’s expressed written consent.

    Q: What if I am not ready to book but would like to know pricing?
    A: The process for knowing prices is the same as booking. Complete all relevant registration steps and then a quote will be provided.
